I have been doing Pilates for the past 3 years and took both private and group classes, while in Bangkok. The quality of the teaching is just sensational. The classrooms are very clean and the equipment is well maintained. The quality of the mat and reformer classes are excellent and very well taught. Regardless of whether you are a beginner or more advanced, I highly recommend this studio to those wanting to take Pilates classes.
It is right in front of Samitivej hospital, very easy to find. I first visited because i had bad knee pain from running a lot. I learn it is not only my knee but hip and pelvis and everything is related to my knee pain. learning about my body was a big part of this great experience. wonderful. Instructors are very knowledgeable. They communicate well with clients. i felt really safe dealing with my pains and maybe somewhere 25 and 30 sessions of my training, pain was gone. i am very happy.
This is my first visit to Pilates studio and i must say i was very impressed. This was a free trial Class . The instructor was very patient and ensured all of us follow the instructions and was ensuring on the correct posture and technique. Individual attention to all.
